I have brought 2 beds. They do not last. They give patches that don’t work on the felt part of the bed. The main pump on the current one I have is coming apart from the seam of the bed. Way to expensive for it to have so many issues. I will never purchase another one. Mark Hall on Jul 23rd 2018

I find the bed to be extremely comfortable and it does stay inflated with the neverFLAT technology. We used the bed about 6-8 times with it staying inflated for multiple weeks at a time. We did have the seal fail at the main pump about 8 months in. Nate in customer service replied within hours of my email being sent. It had explicit instructions for my warranty claim that were extremely easy to follow. Yes , you do need your original receipt and pictures of the damage, but it was easy to find since i ordered the mattress from Amazon. When I provided the required information, a replacement mattress was sent out the SAME day. That's great service!!!!!

Purchased 2016 september. Used maybe 5 times snce purchase. Went flat because it is defective around the big pump. Response from Nate I can give you 25% off next purchase. Fine tried to negotiate more hence product is bad. While negotiating found out they cannot ship to Canada sucks to be me nothing they can do. Do not waste your money on instabed. I don't use my insta bed often, and was very disappointed when I set it up for Thanksgiving 2017 only to check and find it deflated. So maybe it has been used 10 times over 20 months. Bed is great when it works but don't count on it staying inflated for long. Sad! Flat instabed for the Holiday's. Sad! on Nov 22nd 2017
The mattress was given to me as a gift. After a year or so, with minimal use, a section of the seal around the air pump failed. It simply pulled away from the pump housing. There is another section in the process of doing the same thing.
It appears that the rim of the pump housing was never fully seated into the groove on the seal. Consequently only the adhesive was holding the thing together.
If the construction wasn't so crappy, this mattress should last a long time. Unknown on Sep 14th 2017
I bought this air mattress at Gander Mountain in Salisbury, MD on 7/10/17. I used it the first night and it stayed up. I used it twice since then and it has deflated. The automatic neverflat pump will not work. I was on vacation when I bought it and the receipt got lost in the pack unpack shuffle. Contacted customer service and they said they cannot and will not do anything if I do not have my receipt even though I have my credit card receipt. They did offer me 25% off but that is more than I paid originally and I didn't even get to use this more than one time before it completely deflated and the pump wouldn't work. In the process of communicating with Gander Mountain and hopefully they will be able to help me, but the customer service here at Instabed sucks. I told the Matt that if I do not get a replacement due to my receipt being misplaced I will not get a new mattress from this company. Unknown on Aug 8th 2017

I bought this product June 22, 2015. I know they have a one year warranty, but in the past 16.5 months we have used the air bed less than ten times and it now does not hold air. I think it has to do with the second pump not working to reinflate the mattress when it starts to lose air. I called them and explained the situation to them and they simply did not care because it is after their one year warranty coverage. I understand how that works, but the fact of the matter is that we used this thing a handful of times and it doesn't work properly. They don't seem to care, and while they offered me half off a replacement, they didn't have an answer to me asking what happened when I used the thing another 6 times in the next 18 months before it stopped working and was also rendered useless. All they could say was that they would hope that wouldn't be the case. Well, I hoped that wouldn't be the case THIS time!
This is just as much garbage, but it looks fancier. It is extremely frustrating to spend good money on an air mattress like this that is supposed to have a function only to have the air mattress be rendered completely useless due to it not working properly. Customer service is just as much of a joke - they told me how right I am yet they don't care about taking care of me. This thing has to cost them $20 or so, yet they are too cheap to reimburse me with a new product? They asked me if they made an exception for me, where they would have to draw the line since then they would have to do it for everyone. I told them that they draw the line at making a product that doesn't require replacement! He told me I was right, but that he wouldn't budge. I told him that they should make a product that works properly, or they should not receive business in the long run for it due to the fact that there are others who will make a better product. He agreed, again, yet refused to do anything further.
So with that being said, I urge you to look into spending your hard earned money on a better product than this. I certainly will be. I truly hope that the money they would have lost out on by reimbursing me with a new product is far outweighed by the money they end up losing out on by people not purchasing their product and instead giving their money to competitors who will provide a product and service worthy of your money. We bough the instabed-never flat queen size in November of 2015. We used it almost every night. After 8 month some of the seams started to separate. I emailed the company (Wenzelco.com) and had a replacement within three days. That's what I call excellent customer service. By the way I bought the bed on line from Walmart!

Thoroughly impressed with this. I've always dreaded sleeping on air mattresses. Almost guaranteed I'd wake up to a deflated bed. My wife and I stayed a weekend at a friend's house and they had this bed. It inflated in about a minute and didn't lose an ounce of pressure for three night. And it was super comfortable. I was amazed. Slept great. As soon as I got home, I ordered one for myself. You won't be disappointed with this. The "never flat" statement is absolutely true. Highly recommend. Brian on Jul 1st 2014
