Used many InstaBeds. Always very satisfied
I've been using InstaBeds for many years as my primary bedding. I have loved airbeds for over 30 years. However, manufacturing quality has changed dramatically which required me to find better suppliers. After experiencing a rash of very poor quality and zero customer service with Intex and Coleman, I found InstaBed on Amazon about 10 years ago.
InstaBed has been wonderful. I buy a new InstaBed about every 18 months. These airbeds last about 8-10 months of daily use. InstaBed's 1 year warranty has never been a problem replacing the bed which is usually here within a few days.
InstaBeds are very comfortable for me. I am a heavy guy, so I probably stress the bed more than most, but it gives me a wonderful night's sleep. That's the most important thing for me.
As long as the customer service remains excellent and the bed's warranty remains generous, I'll keep buying. It is an excellent product backed by a great company.

This bed is awesome! It is so comfortable that after sleeping on it, one of my daughters bought one for her family. We have had ours for 3 years and it recently developed a leak. We found the leak, but due to the location, the patch wouldn't fix it. I called Instabed this morning and they offered me a 50% discount to buy a new one! After being out of warranty for 2 years!
